Qualification:
- Minimum qualification: ***CANDIDATE MUST BE A DEGREE HOLDER AND REGISTERED UNDER PROTEGE PROGRAM (1-year contract).
- Prefer 1-2 years of working experience.
- Computer skills including the ability to operate Word, Excel, and email at a highly proficient level.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing quotation.
- Preparing invoice & delivery order.
- Follow up on backorders, and attend to customer enquiries.
- Sales & marketing coordination.
- Filing & documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as and when required.
What will the intern learn?
- Service strategies that help Sales Representatives to provide quality customer service.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide the best solution.
Job Type: Contract
