  • Provide professional and timely responses to travel inquiries for major destinations worldwide.
  • Prepare sales quotations and assist in sales closing.
  • Handle reservations and offer the best available contract or corporate rates for business bookings, including:
    • Flights
    • Hotels and accommodations
    • Transfers
    • Car rentals
  • Learn and adopt the usage of the in-house technology platform.
  • Issue sales invoices accurately.
  • Handle visa applications and travel insurance purchases.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for client meetings, projects, and business purposes.
  • Responsible and capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage but not required.
    • Any experience working with a TMC (Travel Management Company) or managing corporate accounts is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System), preferably Sabre and Amadeus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Possess a pleasant personality and excellent soft skills.
