- Oversee and Execute Mold and Material Changeovers: Direct and manage the processes of mould and material changes to ensure efficiency and precision.
- Detecting faults in equipment & machinery.
- To carry out scheduled maintenance, repair works and fabrication work on all processing equipment, machineries and facilities carry out routine servicing and maintenance task.
- Repair and replace damaged parts in machinery & equipment.
- Other engineering works including welding fabrication of assembly jigs for production.
- Optimize Machine Parameters: Ensure that moulding machines and associated systems are set to the correct parameters to achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with Production Personnel: Work closely with production staff to verify that moulded parts meet all specified requirements, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Maintain Injection Conditions: Ensure that constant injection conditions are upheld throughout the entire production cycle to guarantee product consistency.
- Conduct Daily Machine Inspections: Inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report any findings to the maintenance department to prevent downtime.
- Train and Supervise Machine Operators: Monitor, train, and coach machine operators to ensure adherence to proper procedures and best practices.
- Adhere to Clean-Up and Housekeeping Protocols: Follow all designated clean-up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in Plastic Injection Moulding or related field.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in Injection machines.
- Education: Diploma/Certificates in related field
- Skills: Good Communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Salary Range: RM4000 – RM5000 (negotiable base on experience)
