Job Title: Project Manager (Executive Level)

Location: Stratagile Sdn Bhd / Keeklr Talents Sdn Bhd, Malaysia
Office Location: Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya
Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 (Based on qualifications, certifications, and experience)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for project timelines and completion)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager (Executive Level) to lead IT and UI/UX projects across Stratagile and Keeklr Group. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines are met, negotiate resources, and solve challenges efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT and UI/UX projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address potential delays proactively.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and negotiate with stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Solve problems effectively by identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and ensuring solutions are in place.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Foster collaboration among team members to ensure a seamless workflow and project success.
• Uphold a strong focus on quality, compliance, and attention to detail throughout project execution.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in project management, preferably in IT and UI/UX domains.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly advantageous.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and IT infrastructure is a plus.
