- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing cheque, preparing TT Transfer and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Verify and reconcile accounts receivable records and the balances.
- Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Maintain accounting records and comply with accounting standards.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Maintain bank records and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents.
- Prepare full-set of accounts.
- Ad hoc tasks as a when required.
- Primary Language: English, Mandarin (Required to liaise with mostly Mandarin Speaking clients and suppliers)
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Degree in accountancy.
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience with accounting knowledge.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision with high level of accuracy and meet tight deadline.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications and computerized SQL accounting system).
- Has a pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to do multitasking independently under challenging environment.
