Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Plan, create, and edit digital content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (at least 1 month in advance)
• Develop diverse types of content, including short videos, graphics, photos, infographics, and blog posts, to engage the target audience.
• Content Strategy:
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute content strategies to ensure consistent and on-brand digital presence.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and schedule content to ensure regular and relevant posts.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to increase interaction.
• Tools and Analytics:
• Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro to produce high-quality content.
• Analyze content performance with tools like Google Analytics and social media reports to refine strategies.
• Trend Adaptation:
• Stay updated with current social media trends and tailor content to resonate with the local Malaysian audience.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility.
• Collaboration:
• Work with marketing teams, photographers, and videographers to align content with campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with influencers or third parties for collaborations.

Job Requirements;

• Education: Skills Certificates or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year or less of experience in digital content creation (experience in beauty industry can be an advantage).
• Skills:
• Creative and innovative with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, and basic editing skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strict Requirements:
• No vaping.
• No smoking.
• Able to drive and has a driving license.

  Pay: RM2,000.00- RM3,000.00 per month
