Warehouse Manager
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are correctly documented.
- Organize and maintain an efficient warehouse layout, optimizing space utilization and workflow.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functional.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.
- Handle the coordination of returns and damaged goods processes.
