- Provide excellent and personalized service during all client interactions.

- Work independently to manage daily sales tasks while contributing to the team's overall targets.
- Achieve daily KPI focused on connected calls, talktime, and add new opportunity into the sales pipeline.
- Extend new product rollout to clients & highlighting key features.
- Liaise with product teams to report system problems and suggest fixes.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, specifically in selling services or intangible products by call and WhatsApp.
- Prefer a Diploma or higher in any field of study.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptable, with excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at managing changes.
- Good & confident to speak in Mandarin & English with clients.
- Able to manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, follow-ups, pitching solutions, and sending quotations.
- Basic knowledge in using Gen AI like (Co-Pilot, Gemini or ChatGPT).
