- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Assist in handling of full sets of Account Payable/ Receivable/ General Ledger
- Maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and tracking usage
- Ensure proper & accuracy of accounting records & filing and other general duties
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Take responsibility and accountability for daily task ( as delegate to you by your Manager )
- Liaise and follow up with branches and various departments on accounts receivable matter
- To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed
- Providing support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time
- Attend all relevant training
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or Professional Qualification
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
