LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

• Arrange deliveries (Malaysia & Singapore)
• Ensure Malaysia road tax, inspection, insurance and Singapore road tax not expired
• Ensure the lorries are in good condition, if any problem should report immediately
• Determine logistic problems and report the matter to the Management.
• Documents such as custom forms, GST permit and Delivery Orders compile and submit to Accounts for payment every end of the month.
• Arrangement work to sub-con
• Communicate with forwarder incoming shipment regarding disposition of Freight (i.e. tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations)
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates

Key Requirements:

• Graduation in Supply-Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or correlated areas
• Must have good customer service skill and handle dual task.
• Experience in the role for at least 1-3 years (minimum)
• Knowledge of the Import/Export industry
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both customers and internal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Responsibility)
• Must be career oriented, hardworking, quick learner and have excellent recall for past situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
