Sales Support Specialist, Dealer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Specialist (Dealer focused) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing design solutions based on the Steelcase product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams and other external stakeholders to understand requirements and validate designs.
• Create technical drawings and product specifications using pCon Planner Pro.
• Engage with local dealer sales support during the quotation process to ensure proposals are tailored as closely as possible to the customer's needs.
• Ensure consistency in outputs that reflect Steelcase branding and positioning.
• Provide support and coordination for applications, visualizations, and sales collateral materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Knowledge of design principles and commercial office furniture products.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales teams, external stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to use pCon Planner Pro to create technical drawings and product specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
