1. Administering and oversee daily operations of the HR department
2. Assist in salary calculations, attendance record, claims of staff.
3. Ensure utilities and staff needs are always adequate.
4. Assist in recruitment matters when needed.
5. Prepare Annual appraisals of staff performance, compile and submit to Head of Human Resources Department.
6. Assist in implementation of HR policies & procedures.
7. Maintain, update and process accurate personnel records and filing system to be in line with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and full confidentiality on all HR information Monitoring timesheet, staffs’ attendance and leave applications on daily basis.
8. Arrange and manage on-boarding for newly join staffs.
9. Assist in preparing employment letter & other documents from time to time.
10. Assist in disciplinary process to staff ( Reminder & Warning Letter )
11. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
