Job Responsibility

  • In charge of full set accounts and book keeping.
  • Ensure daily transaction are updated
  • Ensure filing and documentations are properly recorded and up-to-date
  • Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheques
  • Prepare monthly closing and meeting of accounting deadlines
  • Provided general administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations
  • Performs other training administration duties as and when required by superior

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in accounting and administrative role.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
