Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
  • Oversee all POS activities onsite, lead junior analysts
  • Focus on our channel and distribution partners.
  • Processing data from our distributors (inventory and point of sales (POS)).
  • Review received & processed data and identify and communicate gaps.
  • Responsible for data governance.
  • Proactive variance analysis based on Business Intelligence (incl. reconciliations)
  • Reporting & analysis in aid of decision making.
  • Define, implement, and monitor key KPI for a smooth operation.
  • Identify and implement process efficiency improvements towards operational excellence.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Information technology
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in business operations, finance, controlling and/or sales organizations.
  • Experience with distribution is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Business intelligence experience (analyze and visualize large and different datasets, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills.
  • SAP system and PowerBI knowledge is an added advantage.
