Full Job Description
- Learn and master company’s product knowledge
- Meet monthly sales target
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints
- Identify prospects background
- Understand prospects needs and offer the best solution that suits prospect
- Generate and process leads
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
