Job Description:

  • Develop and implement student services programs, ensuring they align with the institution's goals and values.
  • Oversee student support services such as counseling, health services, and career development.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote student activities, events, and programs.
  • Foster a vibrant campus community by encouraging student involvement in clubs, organizations, and extracurricular activities.
  • Advocate for student needs and concerns within the institution.
  • Work to enhance the overall student experience by addressing issues related to campus life, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and enforce student conduct policies.
  • Handle disciplinary matters in collaboration with relevant campus authorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to individual students or student groups.
  • Assist students in navigating academic, personal, or social challenges.
  • Develop and implement orientation programs to help new students acclimate to campus life.
  • Support programs that facilitate the transition of students into and out of the institution.
  • Work closely with academic departments to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that bridge the gap between academic and co-curricular activities.
  • Be prepared to respond to crises or emergencies affecting students.
  • Collaborate with campus safety and other relevant departments to ensure student well-being.
  • Collect and analyze data related to student affairs programs and services.
  • Use assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of various initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies related to student life.
  • Ensure that policies are aligned with the institution's mission and values.
  • Manage budgets related to student affairs programs and services.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the student population.
  • On occasions, for the benefit of the Company you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma, Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Management/Marketing and any other related studies
  • At least 1-2 years of Experience in the related field is required
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan
  • Possess own transport
  • Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • Strong moral values and discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
