OPERATION EXECUTIVE

1. Planning and Preparation

• Assist in creating event schedules and operational timelines.
• Coordinate logistical requirements including venue bookings, equipment and transportation.
• Ensure all necessary event documentation such as permits or contracts is prepared and filed.

2. Event Execution

• Support the operations team during the event to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate with vendors, staff and participants throughout the event.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment function as required.

3. Team Coordination

• Collaborate with the event team to ensure tasks are properly delegated.
• Provide information and briefings event staff or volunteers.

4. Monitoring and Issue Resolution

• Oversee event operations to anticipate and resolve any potential issue.
• Respond promptly to complaints or challenges faces by participants or the team.

5. Post-Evaluation and Reporting

• Assist in preparing post-event evaluation reports including operational analysis.
• Provide recommendations for improving operational processes in future events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in event management, business management or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in event operations or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours including weekends or public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
