Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our company is located at Faber Tower. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management. The Project Assistant will play a key role in supporting our project management team by assisting with planning, organizing, and executing projects while ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Assist with planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring timelines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Track project progress and report updates regularly to the Project Manager.
2. Administrative Support
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure project files are well-organized, up-to-date, and accessible to all team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics for project-related events.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze data relevant to project success.
- Prepare clear, concise reports, charts, and summaries for internal and client use.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all project data and documentation.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
- Facilitate smooth and effective communication across all project teams.
5. Problem-Solving & Support
- Identify potential project challenges and work with the Project Manager to suggest and implement solutions.
- Provide hands-on support to resolve project-related issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or administrative roles is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
