Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and derive insights for continuous improvement.
Campaign Review and Reporting: Review and report on marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Customer Experience (CX): Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
Web Ordering Menu Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the web ordering menu to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate special marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, including PO requests and invoice submissions.
Adaptability: Undertake additional marketing tasks and projects as required.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the local F&B industry.
Skills:
Independence and maturity in handling tasks and responsibilities.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
