Description
- Perform daily general accounting duties such as data entry and filling of document
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing communications.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Help with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualification
- Posses at least certificate of Diploma in related fields
- Minimum 1 year account experienced , fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
