What's the role?
We are looking for a E-Commerce Associate to drive the seamless execution of our online orders and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire fulfilment process—from processing and assembling customized products to addressing customer requests and ensuring timely delivery. By managing every step with precision and care, you’ll help bring our products to life and into the hands of our customers.

What will you do?
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Process, assemble, and pack personalised products with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery by organising and fulfilling daily online orders.
  • Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Perform strict quality checks before packing and shipping.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage order-related issues such as refunds or exchanges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and couriers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with production and retail teams to streamline fulfillment and customisation.
  • Innovate and optimise workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain an organised system for tracking inventory and supplies

Requirement
You'll succeed in this role if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Have technical skills to operate and maintain craftsmanship machines, as well as perform packing and fulfillment tasks
  • Are highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Have problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot issues with ease
  • Are a team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Self-driven, can manage multiple tasks, work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Are proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to adapt to changing demands
  • Are passionate about delivering customised products and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Have a minimum of SPM or Diploma (relevant technical certification is a bonus)
  • Basic graphic design skills (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
