Job Summary: Perform role as Track and Trace to monitor MY + SG shipments, update milestones for 2 stations. Keep Customer services team update of shipment discrepancies.
Job Description:
- To perform daily shipment monitoring and tracking through PostFlights tool
- To CFM all maw in the system once shipment confirm departed.
- To publish shipment discrepancy to CSS team if shipment didn't moved as per booked.
- To correspond with airline if encounter shipment discrepancies.
- To prepare FABCLOSED report on monthly basic
- To correspond with carrier on damage / missing issues.
- To share the OI / CCM issues & target achieve on weekly basis.
- To manage & respond OI / CCM on daily basis.
- To communicate with AP POSTFLIGHT on automation report.
- To prepare and share the summary slide of damage / uplifting / OI&CCM / truck checklist in the PD session
- To provide summary report of carrier performance on monthly basis to capture in the Carrier Performance Report
- To support/perform any other functions assigned by Department Head
