  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin. (Cantonese would be a plus point)
  • Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Potential talent should have a self starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
  • Independent and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
  • Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Open to someone who's fresh or possesses min 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Responsibility

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing tasks like reaching out to potential candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, managing assessments, and verifying references.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to formulate and implement effective search tactics.
  • Build a proactive pool of potential candidates.
  • Deliver timely and precise market insights to the manager to support initiatives aimed at strengthening the Company's recruitment reputation.

Benefits

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

  • Up to RM 3,000 Basic - RM 3500 (Subject to past experience) + Commission
