Responsibilities

• Analyze user and system requirements
• Design flowcharts to illustrate software solutions
• Write efficient code based on feature specifications
• Develop user interfaces
• Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Design database architecture
• Test and debug Java applications
• Validate software functionality and security

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Java Software Engineer, Java Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in Java: Strong command over the Java programming language, including its core libraries and frameworks.
• JavaScript: Basic understanding of JavaScript for backend development for integrating frontend and backend functionalities.
• Backend Technologies: Extensive experience with backend development frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
• RESTful APIs: Designing and implementing RESTful APIs for communication between different systems.
• Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Security: Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development, including authentication, authorization, data protection, etc.
• Problem-solving skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
