Internship (Marketing & Sales)

1. Live Streaming Hosting

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms to promote OilyPod and WooS products.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and promote products during the live sessions.
• Demonstrate product usage effectively and create a fun, interactive environment.

2. Content Presentation

• Showcase product features, benefits, and promotions during the live sessions.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions and price updates during the live stream.

3. Audience Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a friendly and professional manner.
• Encourage viewers to purchase by offering product insights, limited-time offers, and promotional deals.

4. Preparation & Setup

• Assist in setting up the live streaming environment, including cameras, lighting, and product displays.
• Ensure a clean, attractive, and professional background for live sessions.

5. Reporting

• Track and report live session performance metrics such as viewer engagement, sales, and feedback.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product interest.

Requirements for Internship Live Host Position

1. Education & Background

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Interest in e-commerce, live streaming, and content creation.

2. Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and able to engage with an online audience naturally.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram).
• Ability to handle and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.

3. Technical Proficiency

• Familiarity with live streaming equipment and video editing apps (smartphones, ring lights, microphones, capcut).
• Basic understanding of lighting and camera angles for live streams.

4. Personal Traits

• Cheerful, enthusiastic, and proactive in engaging with an online audience.
• Fast learner with good adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Punctual and reliable in meeting live streaming schedules.

5. Work Conditions

• Able to commit to flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
• Willing to work on-site at Mu & Mars Sdn. Bhd.’s office in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
