RESPONSIBILITY
- Responding to Inquiries: Handle customer questions via email, chat or phone.
- Issue Resolution: Address complaints and provide solutions.
- Order/Account Management: Assist with orders, refunds and account updates.
- Product Info: Provide details on products, services and policies to customers.
- Escalations: Forward complex issues to senior support.
- KPI Achievement: Meet response time and satisfaction goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback for improvements.
