Job Responsibility :

An executive assistant (EA) supports to Senior Vice President by managing their calendars, handling communications, and organizing documents. Some of their responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management: Managing daily calendars
  • Travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including hotels, transfers, and itineraries
  • Meetings: Scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and action points
  • Communications: Screening phone calls and emails, and representing the executive in communications
  • Reports: Organizing reports and documents, and managing expense reports
  • Office management: Handling office-management duties, and coordinating logistics
  • PMO: Assist in planning, organize and implement the project kick-off and develop CRS activities.
  • Coordinate and implement all workshop, meeting, and discussion.
  • Maintain the PMO tools such as Document Management
  • Implement Project Management standards throughout the project.
  • Handle ad hoc task given by Superior

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
