We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development/Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base, with a focus on leveraging your multilingual skills in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi and other languages.

What you'll be doing?

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through active outreach and networking
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within set targets and timelines
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings

What we're looking for?

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi, and/or other relevant languages
  • Familiarity with the sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools
  • Resilience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learning
  • Experienced in International Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized
