Job Description

1. Product Strategy and Planning

Collaborate with management to define the product strategy and roadmap.
Develop product concepts, feasibility studies, and business cases for new product initiatives.
Create and manage the product development roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Product Design, Communication and Development

Monitor the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Work closely with manufacturing to define product specifications, features, and performance criteria.
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and delivery of new products.
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans.
Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Stay informed of new technologies, materials, and market trends within the product portfolio.

Job Requirement

1. Educational Background

Diploma/Degree in a Nursing/ Rehab/ Science-Related Field (eg. bio-medicine, bio-technology, biochemistry, biology science etc).
Experience/Knowledge in Wound care management will be a strong plus point

2. Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel: able to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
Proficient in any relevant project management tools (Microsoft Word, Canva/PowerPoint, Google Sheets etc) will be a plus point

3. Organizational Skill

Strong Organizational Abilities: The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
Attention to Details: A keen eye for detail is essential when managing data or preparing reports The ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy is crucial.
