Job Description :
- Liaison and coordinator for schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Prepares reports or PowerPoints slideshow by collecting and analyzing customer information/customer service chat interaction or error;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Responsible for customer service department’s memorandum and task information;
- Work with department’s manager and supervisor to ensure smooth workload;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

- Creating and distributing documents
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions and reconciling benefits statements
- And do related job given by HOD
Work location at : Kampung Baru KL
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Required language Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
