Job Description :

  • Liaison and coordinator for schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Prepares reports or PowerPoints slideshow by collecting and analyzing customer information/customer service chat interaction or error;
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Responsible for customer service department’s memorandum and task information;
  • Work with department’s manager and supervisor to ensure smooth workload;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions and reconciling benefits statements
  • And do related job given by HOD

Work location at : Kampung Baru KL

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Required language Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
