Job Summary: As a Junior Executive in Procurement and Premium Management, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement processes, ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of premium products, and contributing to our procurement strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and oversight of premium warranty and expiry matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms.
- Process purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the management of premium products, including catalog management, quality control, and managing warranties and expirations.
- Oversee warranty issues and expiry dates for premium products to ensure compliance and resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company procurement needs and handle any procurement challenges.
