Supplier Management Executive

Job Scope: 1.Supplier Management, Coordination and Follow-Up -Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely responses. -Regularly follow up with suppliers on order status, confirmations, and potential delays. -Resolve issues related to discrepancies in quantity, quality, or delivery timelines. 2. Delivery Management -Monitor delivery schedules to ensure orders are received on time and in good condition. -Proactively address and resolve any delivery delays or disruptions. 3.Inventory and Documentation -Support inventory management by providing timely updates on incoming supplies. 4.Supplier Performance Management -Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery timeliness, quality, and responsiveness. -Provide feedback to suppliers and initiate corrective actions where necessary. -Collaborate with internal teams to identify and onboard new suppliers as required. 5.Continuous Improvement -Participate in initiatives to streamline procurement and supplier management processes.
