Logistics Executive

• Analyse and evaluate logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. • Oversee transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments. • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers and transportation providers. • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. • Manage warehousing operations, including storage, inventory control, and order fulfilment. • Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, organized, and comply with safety and quality standards. • Monitor and analyse logistics costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible. • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and financial summaries. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving logistics-related issues and complaints. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales & procurement teams. • Provide timely and accurate updates on shipment status and delivery schedules. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to logistics and supply chain management.
