JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES 1) PURCHASING: • Identify and assess requirements for goods, materials, and services. • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with reliable suppliers. • Ensure timely procurement, pricing, and cost management to meet production and budget targets. • Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and compliance. • Oversee product quality control and monitor supplier performance, taking corrective actions as needed. • Collaborate with sales teams to align product offerings with customer and market needs. • Maintain supplier records and manage purchasing materials for production. • Monitor inventory, performance, and resolve warranty/service issues with suppliers. • Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across procurement processes. • Other task as and when assigned and refer to yearly KPI list for performance assessments 2) ADMINISTRATION • To organize, coordinate and assist in employee training programs. • To assist in updating of ISO related documents and procedures, and check for compliance. • To assist in daily operational functions of administration department, • To responsible for the housekeeping activities and related efficiency and effectiveness. • To work closely and coordinate with production staff and purchasing team to ensure materials are sufficient for production. • Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing itineraries for business trips. • To organize, coordinate and assist in employee training, staff team building and other programs. • To undertake related projects and tasks assigned by Management from time to time. • To maintain courteous and respectful mannerism at all times to our stake holders, shareholders and office team members. • Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate preferably possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting System. • Pleasant personality with a good working attitude and independence. • Salary will commensurate with qualification & relevant experience.
