Store Executive

Job Description : Planning, formulation & implementation of store procedures and system to achieve continuous improvement. To manage & oversee the day- to- day running of the store to ensure compliance and integrity with total customer satisfaction & no customs related complications. To continuously seek ways for job simplification & system computerization. Motivation of personnel towards self- improvement and better job performance. Basic Logistic, Custom Import/Export, Warehouse Know How Basic Warehouse / Store Management Know How Basic Customs / Billing Documentation Know How Basic Customers / Transportation Know How Able to use computer and familiar with MS Office – Words/Excel/Powerpoint/Internet Browsing Familiar any related computerised system Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyse data Able to do presentation Very familiar to any related Act (if any) Possess a reasonable working knowledge in the related practices in the industry Able to work independently Have a good interpersonal skill Responsibilities : - Plan, co-ordinate to achieve the committed set goals and objectives. - Overall management of day today running of the store and Batching effectively in meeting customers and company requirements. - To engage timely in problem solving & proactive trouble – shooting. - Proper selection training & development to store personnel towards greater job effectiveness and productivity, skill and knowledge. - Motivation of staffs and create high moral teamwork in daily routine and self initiated area improvement projects. - Proactive planning and implementation of new system together with the constant review and upgrading of existing system to ensure area improvement.
