1) Handle accounts receivable, payable, GST, salaries & allowances and expenses and petty cash claims. 2) Preparation of monthly customers’ statements and fax/email/send to customer. 3) Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation 4) Preparation of monthly sales report 5) Preparation of monthly and yearly Financial Account Report 6) Managing office including dealing with local authorities when needed, 7) Filing of employees related claims. 8) Taking care of utilities bills (TNB, water, cell phone, petrol etc.) 9) Taking care of petty cash 10) Taking care of all company equipment consumables/stock. 11) Dealing with local vendors, obtaining quotation. 12) Liaison with corporate secretary/accountant / auditors / bankers. 13) Safe keeping/ filing all invoices/bills for audit. 1) Any additional work within the capacity of the company from time to time as required. 1) Perform other related duties as required.
