Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Django framework. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Implement Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects effectively. • Work with Azure services to deploy and manage applications. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements: • Proficiency in Django and Python programming. • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. • Experience with Microsoft Azure for application deployment and management. • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing accounting software, ERP, or banking software. • Solid understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
