  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Responsible for the complete installation of all equipment’s, and instruments. • Installation and troubleshooting of Rolling Mill equipment’s, perform mandatory equipment modifications and satisfactorily completed required paperwork. • Interpretation of P & ID, logical diagram, IO lists, instrument datasheet and instrument index. • Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams. • Take leadership role in installation, commissioning and release of KGD test platform for APD. • Develop test solution for KGD (Test program/Load board/Probe card/etc) • Responsible for machine upgrading and continuous improvement. • To ensure all equipment, instruction and machineries are calibrated. • Manage and all the necessary action to ensure that equipment’s and machineries comply with safety rules and regulation. • Execute Problem Analysis, Potential Problem Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Safety Assessment. • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. • Maintenance of all necessary documents as per Environment and safety Standards. • Installation, commission and testing of Furnace Strip Test Handling, Marking, and Vision Inspection equipment • Responsible for yield and quality improvement. • Ensure that the required training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need. • Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery using PLC programming, SCADA, Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC • Work with QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement. • Initiate improvement activities to new and existing Electrical &Instrumentation (E&I) installation. • Support activities include engineering change order, test system/fixture hardware debug/enhancement, software
