1) Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, medical, claims summary and etc. 2) Responsible to assist payroll processing, training & development and other HR related administration functions. 3) To maintain proper employees’ personal files including employees’ leaves, medical claims, record attendance etc. and HR filing system. 4) Check staff’s attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality. 5) Help promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization. 6)Provide support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. 7) Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas. 8) Assist to prepare HR reports for management review. 9) Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
