HORIZONTAL MILL CTR SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities: - Operate Horizontal Mill CTR to produce the production of engine parts at a complex high level. - Responsible to control Horizontal Mill CTR and performed troubleshooting. - Setting up big size structure and doing safe clamping and tool prepare. - Able to do modification on structure steel, set on machine with free hand cutting tool. - Doing reverse engineering structure steel without using CAM or CNC machining. - Perform multiple angle horizontal mill. - Definite grade of carbon steel to start machining. - Ability to repair minor damage to Horizontal Mill CTR. - Specializes in horizontal mill cutting tools. - Ready for night shift. Qualificiation: • 5 years of experience in Horizontal Mill CTR. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus. • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with Horizontal Mill CTR and equipment. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
