Reports & Evaluation: Submit weekly reports and conduct staff evaluations. Security & Supervision: Manage campus security, student supervision, and ensure safety. Staff Support & Well-being: Provide staff support, promote well-being, and maintain community relations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, informative, and aligned with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported - Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, and presentations - Provide feedback to students and parents on student progress and areas for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current on educational trends Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Teaching certification or license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (languages required: Mandarin or Cantonese to deal with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking parents ) - Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles - Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
