The key role of this position is to ensure that the company meets the objective of building brand equity amongst healthcare professionals by assisting the team in managing and executing strategies with key stakeholders. This aligns with the IP team's objectives and goals to achieve sales and gain pharmacists' recommendations. 1. Execution of Call Objective • Support IP Sales priorities and goals, ensuring the execution of sales force effectiveness in the assigned territory. • Manage daily sales execution tracking through ZiP Insider and assist IP customers in requesting Credit Notes. • Lead operations matters related to tracking and submission of claims for Independent Pharmacy (DCF, DDGN, and PO creation process). • Support SFA (Sales Force Automation) system requirements, such as customer hierarchy, new outlet creation, and promo creation. • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing to manage POSM requests and display trackers. • Work with Trade Marketing to arrange training sessions for pharmacists/retail sales assistants, including door gifts and training materials. • Manage material masters and support product listings for both IP and HCP. • Support the submission of monthly salaries and incentives for Sales Cum Merchandisers. • Lead and support key events (e.g., roadshows, members' day, concourse events) by working closely with IP sales personnel. • Support the GTN tracker for IP team members. • Manage trade complaint sample requisitions with the QA team and external partners. • Regularly report team activities to the line manager, including the preparation of: • Detailing • Sales events • Pharmacist training 2. Relationship Management • Maintain effective communication and working relationships within the team. • Foster a harmonious working environment with internal and external stakeholders to help the organization succeed. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED • Evidence-based selling and influencing • Effective communication, rapport building, and teamwork • Bachelor's degree; science background is an advantage • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry • Results-oriented with a focus on KPIs and delivering on business goals • Self-motivated, dynamic personality with an open attitude • Strong communication and analytical skills, particularly in customer behavior and business potential analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams • Ability to work under a contract basis
