Job Purpose : To assist and support in managing clinic compliance with relevant authorities and clients’ care. Should have in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminologies. Qualifications: i. Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemist or equivalent with related field. Experience / Skill: i. Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. ii. Fresh graduate is acceptable iii. Deep understanding of healthcare’s compliance with authority (Government & Clients) iv. Leadership skills, steadfast resolve, empathy, and personal integrity. v. Exceptional interpersonal with good attitude, communication, and multitasking skills. Responsibilities: i. Assist and ensuring an organization’s compliance with medical and legal regulations, maintaining the right policies, procedures and objectives of the organization. ii. Maintain compliance with regulations and the rules of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations and initiating changes where required. iii. Assist in monitoring and support for Clinic’s Equipment Listing, Calibration, Maintenance & Purchase iv. Managing the client care/patient care experience including monitoring of customers’ feedback, prepare quotation, communicate and follow-up with Clients. v. Arrange, attend and contribute in the meeting with management and client(s) whenever required. vi. Carry out other duties from time to time as agreed with the superior and management.
