Beauty Advisor - Luxury Brand | Johor Bahru

Position: Beauty Advisor Working Location: Kuala Lumpur/Johor Bahru/Melaka/Pulau Pinang/Ipoh/Kuantan/Sarawak Contract Duration: 12 months contract Working Day/Hours: 5 days’ work per week, 2 off day; 3 shifts (10am-7pm/ 1pm-10pm/ 10am-10pm) Salary: Range from RM1,600- RM1,800 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + medical coverage + leave entitlement + Guaranteed Commission RM1,000 (For the first 6 months) + Grooming Allowance RM100 + Shoes Allowance RM200 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter. - Meet sales targets for personal and store - Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy. - Engage and serve customers well - Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques. - Provide service and beauty advice to create positive customer experience. - Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations. - Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. - Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory. - Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree holder - Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service, sales driven. - Candidates who can converse in English and Mandarin is a plus.
