Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime/allowances, claims, statutory payments, tax, and employee benefits. - Maintain employee payroll records (e.g., salary deductions, banking info). - Ensure payroll processing complies with local regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements. - Work with HRBP to ensure accurate and timely payroll updates (salaries, benefits, promotions, terminations, etc.). - Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies (e.g., timesheets). - Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to manage payroll data and ensure smooth data migration. - Generate payroll reports for Management and assist with ad-hoc reports and journal entries for Finance. - Assist in annual reviews (e.g., bonuses, salary adjustments). - Process year-end reporting (E & EA forms) and follow up with departments for inputs. - Liaise with tax agents on matters related to expatriates, including tax clearance and monthly/yearly filings. - Facilitate audits (internal, external, statutory, and non-statutory) by providing and maintaining necessary records and documentation for auditors. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager and HOD.
