URGENT Brewery Inventory Executive Wanted @ PJ !

*One Year Contract*

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and manage the spart parts conversion project.
• Handle Spare Part Management Good Practice and Project.
• Prepares parts and tools for planned maintenance executions.
• Receives parts into spare parts store in accordance with the supply process.
• Ships materials out of brewery (back to vendor for repair or other) in accordance with supply process
• Checks availability and resupplies high turnover parts.
• Responsible for administration of lubricants.
• Manages repairable in accordance with supply process.
• Issues of parts, spares and proper stock control of emergency stock takes (per shift).
• Coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution; both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from execution team.
• Executes 5S spare parts / lubricants and storage (maintain proper storage conditions).

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree, preferably technical related courses such as Engineering

· 1 - 3 year experience in managing spare parts, storekeeping or related roles.

· Have good knowledge and experience in 5S & good housekeeping.

· Ability to execute and report on cycle counting.

· Ability to use MRP and/or work with MRP system.

· Able to support (from the spare parts store) during breakdown/emergency stock take conditions.

· Proficient in spoken and written English.
