Finance Executive

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our Finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience in finance to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining records, and assisting with financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support day-to-day financial operations, including processing payroll, invoices, and transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
• Maintain accurate records of financial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help develop cashflow projections and support basic project cost analyses.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax agents under the guidance of senior finance staff.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and ensuring data accuracy.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards; prior experience or internships in finance is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
