Human Resources Generalist

We are AMarkets, an international FinTech company providing advanced solutions for trading in financial markets to traders and investors worldwide since 2007. We are building a global company, competing with international players, and most importantly, enjoying what we do.

Due to the active development of the region, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our team and help us achieve our goals. Relocation to Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for all current vacancies in the division: searching, organizing interviews, testing, etc., and working with agencies if necessary;
• Organizing the onboarding process for new employees;
• Participating in employee documentation processes and liaising with contractors;
• Assisting in the relocation of employees if needed;
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of corporate culture;
• Organizing and conducting corporate events;
• Participating in organizing employee training processes;
• Maintaining a positive team climate, regularly holding 1:1 meetings with employees;
• Participating in the company's HR projects.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (as there will be extensive communication in English);
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Desire to grow in the HR field.
