  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate full range of contract activities including estimation, quantity take-off and claims preparation.
  • To administer pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing and submission of tenders.
  • To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
  • Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
  • Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
  • Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Take charge of procurement of building materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the construction field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
