  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

  • Working as a part of project team. Ability to communicate clearly with business user and project manager.
  • Identifying process feasibility and communicating technical implementation requirements.
  • Proficient in documenting automation procedures, including build, design, develop and implement RPA solution as per operations needs of customer requirements
  • Perform Proof of Concepts to help business team recognize the feasibility of an automated solution.
  • Provide onsite/offsite technical support for our customers. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges.
  • Keep the system up and running whenever incident raised by clients within SLAs defined

  • Review design and scripting, and solve issue that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solution as required.

Qualifications & Related Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge & Experience:

- Extensive knowledge in RPA related fields

Database:

- Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, 2022

•Required Skills:

- Microsoft IIS

- Microsoft Office related products

•Tools:

-Extensive knowledge in RPA development tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
